Even though the current international airport Natal 'Augusto Severo International Airport' is a relatively small airport, you can find all necessary facilities. These can be found over 3 floors of the building. Outside the building are more facilities available.
Ground Floor
The Ground Floor is the main floor of the building. First of all, you can find the booking offices of all important national airlines like TAM and GOL and of some international airlines like TAP. Here you can purchase tickets directly or rebook for other destinations. They are immediately opposite the check-in desks.
Of course you can find the booking offices of all major car rental companies like Avis, Hertz, National and Localiza and Unidas.
Furthermore you can find various banking machines to "cash" money and the possibility to exchange money at the Inter-Câmbio.
To satisfy the internal needs, there are several eating and drinking facilities. There is a bar in the centre of the hall to order a snack. For more variety and larger meals you better can go to the First Floor.
Finally on the ground floor there is a possibility to "seal" your suitcase and buy souvenirs at the souvenir shop.
1st Floor
Here are the majority of the (souvenir) shops and the facilities to eat and drink. There is also a possibility for (wireless) internet and business services. In the centre of the building close to staircase and elevator the access to the "gates" can be found.
2nd Floor
This is a little less easy to find. You can either go by elevator or by staircase in the centre of the building. Here you can buy some snacks and there is a nice panorama of the airport, the runway and pedestrian bridges
Outside the Building
In front of the building is a large parking lot with sufficient space to park your car. This is directly in front of the entrance of the departure/arrival hall. Actually its only a 50 meter walk and you're in the hall. This is a paid parking. If you drive up to the entrance you will get a parking ticket. With your departure you can directly pay it to the person at the exit (of course only in Reais!).

For the (tourists) buses is separate parking space available. This is directly located next to the general parking area.
Right in front of the exit of the arrival hall is a covered taxi stand. All taxis are on meter. A trip from the airport will cost you about 50 Reais (about € 20, -).
Furthermore, free trolleys are available to transport your suitcases.
